Catches recurring agent failures from past transcripts: whole-disk find, foreground poll loops, errors masked by | tail, forgotten background shells

tripwire reaches L0 (draws and remembers) by its classified calls and passed claude plugin validate on Claude Code 2.1.302.

To install it, open the repository and follow the author’s setup instructions. Mods need Claude Code 2.1.287 or later.
