A Claude Code mod in evggzzz/cc-contextbar

Battery-style context bar for Claude Code, drawn as a live band above the prompt: real context %, session cost, and quota windows that follow the surface: z.ai quota in the terminal, Claude-plan rate limits in the desktop Code tab. Also still ships the classic statusline script.
