A Claude Code mod in aymengraoui/claude-code-context-rollover

Rolls long-running (multi-agent) Claude Code work over into fresh sessions before the context gets too large: persists a compact, verified continuation of the project state, starts a genuinely fresh session and resumes the highest-priority work. Publishes its lifecycle as shared state for the Cockpit sidebar.
