/new-project bootstraps a repository from the claude-improvements baselines, in Claude Code or Codex: proposes the kickoff answers from your description and asks only the open ones, copies the web, Rust or Python template, writes CLAUDE.md and the stack ADR, then installs and runs verify

new-project reaches L1 (reads) and passed claude plugin validate on Claude Code 2.1.312.

To install it, open the repository and follow the author’s setup instructions. Mods need Claude Code 2.1.287 or later.
